Cardiff LiftCare Standard Contract
Designed for customers on a tight budget, Cardiff LiftCare Standard offers minor adjustments, lubrication and grease with up to 12 service visits a year.
Cardiff LiftCare Intermediate Contract *
Containing all the benefits of our Standard plan, Cardiff LiftCare Intermediate also covers office hour breakdowns (**Mon-Thurs 8am – 5pm/Fri 8.00am – 4.30pm), particularly important if your lift is vital in the day to day management of your business. Our Emergency Cover Plan is also available to supplement your LiftCare (subject to site survey)
Cardiff LiftCare Comprehensive Contract*
Cardiff LiftCare Comprehensive is designed for our customers who prefer a fixed yearly cost with no unexpected costs. In addition to the benefits of our Standard and Intermediate maintenance plans, Cardiff LiftCare Comprehensive include replacement parts* and labour ensuring peace of mind for our customers. Our Emergency Cover Plan is also available to supplement your LiftCare (subject to site survey)
Cardiff LiftCare Bespoke Contract
Our Cardiff LiftCare Bespoke contract can be tailored to suit your business needs.* Excludes call-outs, faults and repairs resulting from power failure, negligence, misuse, vandalism, obsolescence, upgrades or events beyond our control. Cardiff Lift Company can offer a range of contracts to suit your budget. Each contract can be tailor made to suit your requirement.
Having your lift maintained will ensure your lift is running at its optimum performance reducing the number of breakdowns and identifying worn components.
Regular maintenance will ensure your lift will last for many years as components are regularly adjusted and lubricated as required, to prevent any unnecessary wear.
On each maintenance visit our engineers will check all the safety aspects of your lift. We will check for wear on ropes, ensure all safety interlocks are operating correctly, check the emergency rescue system, etc
We take safety very seriously. We ensure our engineers are up to date with the most relevant safety requirements. We will inform you of any upgrades that may be required to help you bring your lift up to the most recent safety standards.
