Our Lift Breakdown Service provides a 24 hour call out service 365 days a year, which is particularly important where lift operation is needed around the clock or there is a risk passengers could be trapped. Our engineers are on constant stand-by to respond to your emergency.
Cardiff Lift Company lifts are fitted with hands free auto dialler emergency call systems which automatically contacts our emergency service centre on activation of the emergency alarm button.
Our fleet also consist of several 4×4 vehicles to enable us to attend even in the most adverse weather conditions, providing confidence to our customers in the more remote areas.
Although all calls related to trapped passengers are attended regardless of contract status, we do prioritise our existing contracted customers, who are provided with a direct call out number on one of our Cardiff LiftCare plans.
