Cardiff Lift Bronze Contract
Designed for customers on a tight budget, the Cardiff Lift Bronze Contract offers minor adjustments, lubrication and grease with up to 12 service visits a year.
Cardiff Lift Silver Contract*
Containing all the benefits of our Bronze plan, the Cardiff Lift Silver Contract also covers office hour breakdowns (**Mon-Thurs 8am – 5pm/Fri 8.00am – 4.30pm), particularly important if your lift is vital in the day to day management of your business. Our Emergency Cover Plan is also available to supplement your Lift (subject to site survey).
Cardiff Lift Gold Contract*
The Cardiff Lift Gold Contract is designed for our customers who prefer a fixed yearly cost with no unexpected costs. In addition to the benefits of our Bronze and Gold maintenance plans, the Cardiff Lift Platinum Contract includes replacement parts* and labour ensuring peace of mind for our customers. Our Emergency Cover Plan is also available to supplement your Lift (subject to site survey).

The Cardiff Lift Platinum Contract can be tailored to suit your business needs.

On each maintenance visit our engineers will check all the safety aspects of your lift. We will check for wear on ropes, ensure all safety interlocks are operating correctly, check the emergency rescue system, etc
Industry Compliance
We take safety very seriously. We ensure our engineers are up to date with the most relevant safety requirements. We will inform you of any upgrades that may be required to help you bring your lift up to the most recent safety standards.
